Ritson Ferguson is Global Chief Executive Officer of CBRE Global Investors. In this role, he is responsible for the overall global management and long-term strategy of the firm, which manages more than $100 billion on behalf of its clients and has operations and assets in the United States, Europe and Asia Pacific. Mr. Ferguson also serves as CEO of the firm's real estate securities division, CBRE Clarion Securities, and as a member of the CBRE Global Investors Global Executive Committee and Global Investment Committee and the CBRE Clarion and CBRE Caledon boards.
Prior to joining CBRE Global Investors, Mr. Ferguson was on the global management committee of ING Real Estate Investment Management. He was also one of the founding principals who formed the predecessor entity to CBRE Clarion Securities. Earlier in his real estate career, Mr. Ferguson worked at K.S. Sweet Associates and Trammell Crow Company. He was also a consultant at Bain & Company and a Captain in the U.S. Air Force. Mr. Ferguson began his real estate career in 1986.
Mr. Ferguson earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Duke University and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business. He is active in many real estate organizations (including PREA, EPRA, APREA and NAREIT) and is a CFA charter holder.
Michael McMenomy is the Global Head of Investor Services for CBRE Global Investors and is responsible for the development of the Firm's investment programs with overall responsibility for investor relations. Since 2005, Mr. McMenomy has led the global capital raise effort on behalf of the Firm yielding more than $79.8 billion in equity commitments. He is a member of the Global Executive Committee, Global Investment Committee and Americas Investment Committee.
Prior to joining CBRE Global Investors, Mr. McMenomy served as Senior Managing Director of the CBRE Investment Properties Institutional Group, CBRE's higher value equity sales team. In his leadership role, Mr. McMenomy led a nationwide team of investment professionals dedicated to providing integrated service delivery to that division's largest, multi-market institutional clients.
Mr. McMenomy earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Los Angeles, and is the past Chairman of Urban Land Institute's Office Development Council.
Bernie McNamara is the Global Co-Head of Investor Services and Solutions. In addition to his Investor Services role, Mr. McNamara is responsible for the development and management of comprehensive customized portfolio solutions that combine different real asset categories for existing and new investors and distribution channels, working in partnership with CBRE Global Investors' research and investment personnel.
Mr. McNamara, who has more than 20 years' experience in the industry, joined the firm from J.P. Morgan Asset Management, where he was most recently the Global Head of Alternatives Investment Strategy and Solutions. In that role he focused on designing, implementing, and managing multi-asset portfolio solutions across alternative investments including global real estate, infrastructure, private equity and other sectors, for institutional and retail investors globally.
Mr. McNamara earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard University and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
Vance Maddocks is CEO and CIO – Americas. In this role, Mr. Maddocks oversees the overall Americas business and leads the investment teams with an emphasis on transaction execution and talent development. Prior to CEO, Mr. Maddocks served as President of Strategic Partners U.S., CBRE Global Investors' enhanced return platform in the Americas.
Mr. Maddocks is a member of the Global Executive Committee, Global Investment Committee and serves as Chairman of the Americas Investment Committee. In 2016, Mr. Maddocks was appointed CIO for the Americas. In this role, he is responsible for oversight of the U.S. investment management business. Mr. Maddocks is a member of the Global Operating Committee for the CBRE Group.
In 2007, Mr. Maddocks assumed the role of CEO of CBRE Global Investors in addition to his role as President of Strategic Partners U.S. During his tenure as CEO, Mr. Maddocks enhanced the Firm's global corporate governance, risk management and investment practices creating greater consistency and discipline in decision-making. He also created the CBRE Global Investors Global Green Initiative, which has led numerous properties worldwide to be certified based on local sustainability standards. In 2010 Mr. Maddocks transitioned back from two leadership roles to one, stepping down as CEO to fully focus his attention on U.S. investments.
Mr. Maddocks joined CBRE in 1984 and is a three-time recipient of the CBRE Chairman's Award for Leadership. In 2006, Mr. Maddocks received the company's highest honor for his distinguished service and deal making capability, the Edward S. Gordon Award. He was the second recipient of this prestigious award in the history of the company. Mr. Maddocks earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from California State University, Northridge.
Sophie van Oosterom is CEO and CIO for EMEA. In this capacity, she oversees operations, investment strategy and performance, underwriting and program development in the region. She is a member of the Global Executive Committee and Global Investment Committee and chairs the European Executive Committee and European Investment Committee.
Ms. van Oosterom joined CBRE Global Investors in 2013 as Head of Special Programs with leadership of investor strategy, repositioning and redefining strategies to optimize value for the investors for the various special program funds. Committee for the CBRE Group.
Ms. van Oosterom began her real estate and finance career in 1996. Before joining CBRE Global Investors she was a managing director and European Head of Asset Management of the Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners private equity funds (now Silverpeak Real Estate Partners) with around $20 billion of assets under management at its peak. In this capacity, she was a member of the boards of several real estate companies throughout Europe, where she helped define strategy, financial structuring and value creation across all real estate asset classes. Before that she worked in investment banking M&A advisory with JP Morgan and Barings.
Ms. van Oosterom earned a Master's degree in Economics (Cum Laude) from the University of Amsterdam. She is a honorary citizen of Marseille (France).
Adrian Baker is Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer for CBRE Global Investor's Asia Pacific region. In this capacity he has responsibility for all investment and asset management activity within CBRE Global Investors across the Asia Pacific region. In addition, he is Fund Manager of the value add fund series within the region, Asia Value Partners. Mr. Baker is also a member of the Global Executive Committee and Global Investment Committee.
Mr. Baker began his career in the real estate sector in 1997 investing globally but with a focus on the Asia Pacific region. He has been based in Singapore since 2006. Mr. Baker has an extensive direct real estate background beginning in building engineering and property management, prior to transitioning to becoming an asset and fund manager executing strategies across direct, indirect and listed portfolios for institutional clients. His skills and expertise cover a wide range of real estate sectors including office, retail, industrial as well as more niche property types.
Prior to joining CBRE Global Investors in 2007, Mr. Baker was at AMP Capital Investors, first in Sydney and then in Singapore, where he was Fund Manager for over $3 billion in global assets and led a team of asset managers.
Mr. Baker earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree from University of Technology, Sydney.
Doug Herzbrun is Co-Head of Research for CBRE Global Investors. He directs strategic analysis of the economies, capital markets and property markets in North America, Europe and Asia. These analyses support the acquisition and portfolio management processes, and the development of new product concepts. He communicates research insights to the Firm's clients and prospects, and to the real estate community. He serves on CBRE Global Investors' Global Investment Committee, Americas Investment Committee and Global Investment Partners Investment Committee.
Mr. Herzbrun began his career in real estate investment research in 1979. He joined CBRE Global Investors in 1984 after four and one-half years with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Consultation Services.types.
Mr. Herzbrun is a member of the Education Committee of NCREIF and serves as an instructor in NCREIF's Academy. He is also Co-Chair of the Research Affinity Group of the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA), and a member of ULI.
Mr. Herzbrun holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of California, Berkeley and a Master's Degree in City and Regional Planning from Harvard University
Andrew Angeli is a Managing Director based in London, having joined the company and industry in 2007. He is responsible for overseeing and shaping the real estate research capabilities of the European business. He manages a seven-strong team which provides strategic and asset-level research support to our direct and indirect investment teams. Andrew is actively involved in pitching for new business and presenting at client board meetings as well as maintains media relations through a combination of industry conferences and press interviews.
Mr. Angeli sits on the European Investment and Portfolio Oversight Committees. Prior to his current role, he headed up the UK research function and has worked in the firm's Los Angeles and Paris offices. Before joining the industry, he worked in real estate planning and environmental consulting roles in the U.S.
He holds a Master's Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is on the Research Steering Group of the Investment Property Forum and a member of the Urban Land Institute's Office and Mixed Use Council.
Kimberly Hourihan, who joined CBRE Global Investors in 2007, is a Senior Managing Director and the Portfolio Manager for CBRE U.S. Core Partners, LP. Ms. Hourihan is a member of the Americas Investment Committee as well as a member of CBRE Global Investors' Global Leadership Team.
Ms. Hourihan has over 20 years of real estate investment experience. In her previous role with the Firm, she served as a Managing Director and the Portfolio Manager for two international sovereign wealth fund clients with total assets under management with the Firm of more than $4 billion representing 11.7 million square feet. In this position, Ms. Hourihan was responsible for client relations, portfolio management, asset management, acquisitions and dispositions. Prior to joining CBRE Global Investors, Ms. Hourihan held a position at Starwood Capital Group, where her responsibilities included the formation of a value-added real estate fund. Previously, Ms. Hourihan was Partner and Regional Director at TA Associates Realty, a Boston-based real estate advisory firm. In that capacity, she was a portfolio manager for a separate account relationship and a closed-end commingled value-added real estate fund. Ms. Hourihan also served as an asset manager with expertise in office, industrial, retail and multifamily assets in major markets throughout the U.S. Prior to that, Ms. Hourihan was Senior Vice President at the Georgetown Holding in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia directing multiple acquisitions ranging from a bank in Geneva to a magazine in Hong Kong. Ms. Hourihan began her career at U.S. Trust Company where she was responsible for lending on real estate.
Ms. Hourihan earned a B.A. in Economics from Boston College and an MBA from Harvard University.
Richard Everett is a Managing Director of CBRE Global Investors having joined the company in July 1996. Since joining the firm, he has developed a successful track record in winning new mandates with combined values in excess of €650 million. All of these mandates have involved significant acquisitions and disposals through restructuring or start-up. Mr. Everett holds a position on the UK Executive board and also on the UK sub-investment committee.
Mr. Everett has over 23 years' experience in the commercial property market, specialising for the last 20 years in Fund Management and Investment Advisory. Prior to joining CBRE Global Investors, he worked for eight years within the Fund Management teams of Colliers CRE and Morgan Grenfell Laurie.
Mr. Everett received a BSc (Hons) degree in Urban Estate Surveying from Nottingham Central University in 1987 and qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1991.
Robert Perry is Head of Strategic Partners U.S. In this role, he is responsible for all aspects of the firm's enhanced return investment activity, including existing and future Strategic Partners funds. Mr. Perry is involved in capital raising, investment and operations decisions, and financing strategy. He is also Portfolio Manager for CBRE Strategic Partners U.S. Value 9. Mr. Perry joined CBRE Global Investors in 2016, and is a member of the Americas Investment Committee and Global Leadership Team.
Mr. Perry previously served as a Senior Managing Director and the leader of the North American real estate business for CarVal Investors, a global alternative investment fund manager and a subsidiary of Cargill. In that capacity, Mr. Perry was responsible for investment management and implementation for equity and debt investments, capital-raising and investor relations. He served as Chairman of the Investment Committee for North America and as a member of the firm's Executive Committee.
Mr. Perry also has extensive experience in real estate finance. Mr. Perry's experience includes acquiring large international real estate debt and equity portfolios across the Americas and Asia, leading several public to private executions, as well as being involved in several initial public offerings in the U.S. and Canada.
Mr. Perry earned a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Investment Analysis from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Todd Sammann joined CBRE Global Investors in 2018 as Head of Credit Strategies. In this role, he is responsible for all aspects of existing and future Credit Strategies funds, including product design, capital formation, investment, dispositions and financing strategy.
Prior to joining CBRE Global Investors, Todd was founder and Managing Principal of Narrative Capital from 2015-2018, managing a commercial real estate debt fund on behalf of institutional investors. He chaired the firm's investment committee and had overall responsibility for investment activity and portfolio management. Prior to forming Narrative, Todd was Principal and Head of Credit Strategies at Colony Capital from 2008-2015, which invested $5 billion across a variety of credit strategies during his tenure.
Previously, Todd was Managing Director and Head of North American Large Loan Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities at Deutsche Bank from 2002-2008, where he oversaw the origination of more than $50.0 billion of structured real estate financings and served as a member of the firm's global Group Executive Committee. Previously, he served as Vice President within Goldman, Sachs & Co.'s real estate investment banking unit from 1996-2002.
Todd earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Berkeley and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Duke University.
Martin Day joined CBRE Caledon in July 2012 as a Partner and, along with David Rogers, is responsible for developing and guiding the Firm's private markets investment strategies. He is involved with and oversees all phases of the investment process, including origination and sourcing, due diligence, execution, and investment monitoring and reporting.
Martin is also actively involved with CBRE Caledon's investor relations initiatives and takes an active approach to client interaction and portfolio management. Martin has over 20 years of private markets experience. His professional experience includes holding the position of Managing Director at OMERS Private Equity where he was responsible for managing the private equity fund and co-investment program with a committed value of over $5 billion as well as executing and managing direct private equity investments. Martin has eight years of co-investing experience with 20 completed transactions representing over $1 billion of invested capital. While at OMERS, Martin was a Director and then Vice-Chair of the ILPA and involved in the development of the ILPA Private Equity Guidelines.
Prior to OMERS, Martin was the Vice President and General Counsel at EdgeStone Capital Partners where he managed execution of direct and indirect investments, including the negotiation of purchase and sale, shareholder and other relevant agreements. He began his career practicing securities and M&A law at Goodmans LLP in Toronto and Hong Kong.
Martin graduated with a BA (Psychology) and a MBA from the Schulich School of Business (York University) as well as his LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School.
Justin Seaman is a Senior Portfolio Manger within CBRE Global Investment Partners Americas team. Based in Boston, Justin has responsibility for client portfolio management, sourcing, due diligence and investment monitoring for GIP's Investments in US, Canada, Central and South America. In addition, Justin is actively involved in setting investment strategy and conducting market research for GIP in the Americas region.
Prior to joining CBRE Global Investors in 2009, Justin was a Senior Research Analyst at Fidelity Investments in the Real Estate Group, where he was responsible for directing investment strategy though monitoring and reporting on real estate and economic fundamentals, direct real estate investment due diligence, and marketing. Before joining Fidelity in 2001, Justin spend two years as an Economist at Torto Wheaton Research, where he worked on product development and various strategic initiatives.
Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Northeastern University.
Danny Queenan serves as Global Chief Executive Officer for CBRE’s Real Estate Investments (REI) business segment, which includes CBRE Global Investors, the company’s global real asset investment management business, Trammell Crow Company (TCC), its real estate development business, and Hana, the firm’s flexible/agile space business.
Mr. Queenan serves as a member of several leadership committees at CBRE. At the CBRE Inc. level, he is a member of the firm’s Global Operating Committee. In addition, at the REI business-segment level, he serves as Chairman of the CBRE Global Investors Global Executive Committee, and is a member of the Board of Directors for TCC, CBRE Clarion and CBRE Caledon.
Mr. Queenan previously served CBRE in such roles as President of the Real Estate Investments businesses, President and COO of CBRE Global Investors, Chief Executive Officer of TCC, and Chief Executive Officer and COO of CBRE’s Asia Pacific business.
Mr. Queenan earned his undergraduate degree from Marquette University and Juris Doctor degree from William Mitchell College of Law.
Paul Steitz is CBRE's Chief Strategy Officer. In this role, he leads a lean, fast moving team with the objective of delivering an outsized impact on the quality of the strategic choices CBRE makes as an enterprise (where to play/how to win). The team is intellectually independent, rigorous in data collection and analysis, and focused on projects that will move the needle for CBRE as a whole. He led an effort to refresh the company's overall competitive strategy in 2016. Strategy projects in recent years have involved deep dives in several of CBRE's key lines of business, geographic areas and functionals capabilities. Paul joined CBRE in September 2010.
Prior to business school and joining CBRE, Paul served on the professional staff of two congressional committees (U.S. Senate Special Committee on Aging; House Ways and Means Committee, Subcommittee on Social Security). After business school, he worked for Monitor Company, a global strategy consulting firm, where he was a partner. Clients were Fortune 500 companies in a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, energy, retailing, technology, real estate and financial services. After leaving Monitor, he pursued entrepreneurial ventures in technology and investment management.

Andrew Kupiec, who recently served as Global President, CBRE 360, now leads Hana as its Chief Executive Officer. Andrew is a seasoned professional with a deep background in consumer experience, technology, operations and product marketing. He joined CBRE after serving as the North America Vice President, Chief Operating Officer for Zipcar, the world's largest car sharing and urban mobility company.
In that position, Andrew developed and scaled a leading-edge digitally-based capability within a large, traditional Fortune 500 company. At Zipcar, he led a multi-functional group of regional executives, logistics teams and marketing and sales professionals from 2012-2017. In 2015 Andrew added executive operational responsibility for the Avis and Budget urban rental footprint where he led a multi-brand $2 billion annual line of business.
Earlier in his career, Andrew held several leadership positions at Clearwire and Cintas. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh and is completing his Masters in Business, Organizational Leadership from Cabrini University.

Georgia has more than 15 years of experience in the field of workplace consulting. A recognized leader in the industry, Georgia's project experience spans a wide range of markets and industries, the diversity of which helps frame her point of view.
She has a particular interest in social impact—how the development and maintenance of relationships within organizations can drive engagement and therefore business benefit—and how the decisions companies make about where they locate and how they provision space can impact the surrounding community.
Prior to joining CBRE, Georgia led strategic business consultancy for DEGW's North American practice where she managed significant engagements for companies like Autodesk, Cisco, eBay and Microsoft. Prior to DEGW, Georgia worked as an urban planner for Sasaki Associates.
Marisa Di Natale is a senior director at Moody's Analytics, where she specializes in international modeling and forecasting, U.S. regional economics, and labor economics.
Ms. Di Natale previously oversaw the firm's U.S. subnational forecasting service, alternative macroeconomic scenario design at the regional level, model development and validation. Her consulting work has included an analysis of the national unemployment insurance system and its impact on state economies, “what if” analysis of the impact of natural disasters on state and national economies, and detailed forecasts of the New York City economy and the securities industry's profitability. She regularly gives presentations to clients and business groups, and has been interviewed on Bloomberg Television, Fox Business News, and National Public Radio.
Ms. Di Natale previously worked for the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, where she wrote the monthly Employment Situation release and studied data from the Current Population Survey. During her tenure at the Labor Department, she won the Lawrence R. Klein Award for her research on the labor force experience of Generation X women and was a finalist for the Rosabeth Moss Kanter Award for Excellence in Work-Family Research. She received a master's degree in applied economics from Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor's degree in international relations from Boston University.
